Bita Jadali

Hello! My name is Bita Jadali. I am a fourth-year biology major with an emphasis in neuroscience, with a minor in global health and cell biology tacked along as well. When not fretting over my impeding future after graduation or spending time with my lovely, loving family, I enjoy geeking over old Hollywood, overindulging in shoujo mangas, and fangirling over BTS. I also have a thing for creative writing, having taken several creative writing classes throughout my years at UGA.

I have been an FRC member for all four years, and as a result was given the opportunity to be the peer mentor for the FRC FYOS The Threshold of Democracy: Athens in 403 B.C.E. led by Dr. Norman, which encouraged me to become a PLAdawg as well as becoming a student advisor on the FYOS Advisory Committee. I have also been a part of the the Science Olympiad Outreach club, where I have participated as a primary writer. Some of my favorite highlights from being in the FRC was the Halloween fest we once had as well as pumpkin painting, going on the ghost tour, the FRC Ted Talk event, Gospel Pilgrim volunteering, and that time the cops came when we were doing smores. Good times~
