Image: Hey there FRC! I’m Aaishah and I’ll be one of your DAs for the upcoming year. I was born and raised in Duluth, GA where my parents and pesky little brother still reside. I’m a second-year student pursuing a double major in BCMB (biochemistry and molecular biology) and psychology with pre-med intent! I love all things science and am always looking to learn something new. I’m currently consuming way too much bubble tea and I’m always looking for an excuse to grab some coffee. My hobbies come and go in phases, but my love for TV shows like New Girl and Criminal Minds is here to stay :) I would love to tell new members of the FRC that they should all make the most of their experience. The friendship, support, and inclusivity that characterizes the FRC is unparalleled. The opportunities for growth, involvement, and fun are endless! As cliche or cheesy as it may sound, I’m really looking forward to making new friends and memories. I’m also looking forward to fostering an inclusive and accepting environment in the FRC so that every member knows that they are valued!
