A huge shout out to our FRC residents who spent Saturday Feb. 11 volunteering with Athens Habitat for Humanity! We helped to prepare a house that will be moved to a new location by removing old insulation, and then worked at a different site priming walls to be painted in new colors.

Our winter harvest is complete with this bounty of kale, which our Sustainability Chair Madison donated to the food pantry. Stay tuned for several sustainability-themed events this semester, including spring planting in our FRC garden!

Dr. Ehlers and our Advisor Danielle fired up the sleigh (aka a UGA passenger van) for an FRC trip to the UGA Botanical Gardens to see the Winter Wonderlights! We enjoyed hot cocoa from Athens' own Condor Chocolates as we took in the holiday displays and music.
