Students in The Franklin College of Arts and Sciences may apply for a space in the FRC, the oldest residential college at The University of Georgia, during the spring semester of every year. Incoming first year students will apply during the spring prior to their matriculation to The University of Georgia. The FRC is open to any student majoring or minoring in one of the 30 Franklin College of Arts and Sciences programs. In addition to the cost of living in Rutherford Hall, members pay a $35 program fee each semester.
Selection Process & Membership Renewal
