Yoga for Stress Relief

"Practicing yoga has been shown to alleviate stress and reduce anxiety. Our yoga instructor will guide students of all skill levels through deep breathing, meditation, and fundamental stretching poses for total mind-body relaxation.

We will meet in front of Chera Jo's apartment at 2:10PM and go over to Memorial Hall together (or meet us there) :) Event will run from 2:30 to 3:30.
